Founder and MD Mark Woodhall had a goal when creating his company which was simply to provide value and expertise to his clients. With a demonstrable track record of working in the sports industry he has the experience to deliver on that objective.
Skilled in facility development, capital and revenue investments, funding applications, event planning, customer service, sales and strategic planning, Mark is passionate about improving opportunities in sport at all levels through inspiring and influencing others.
Educated at Durham University, Mark’s professional career began with Northumberland Football Partnership in 2000 as Football Development Officer. Working part-time with coaching mentor Barney Jones. Mark progressed his career in 2003 by joining Northumberland F.A. first as a county development officer then in 2012 as County Development Manager. His career with the FA culminated in the role of acting CEO during a tumultuous period for the organisation. Mark successfully steered the company through their most challenging period, with professionalism, integrity and strong leadership.

He is committed to supporting grassroots organisation’s to achieve their aspirations, with support offered across a range of key services to help achieve the goals of the stakeholders involved.
INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Innovative programmes such as Pitch Perfect (Northumberland), with further development of this programme winning the FA’s Innovation Award grant during 2017 (linking to social cohesion and creating job opportunities) were Mark’s brainchild and have seen him present at both FA national conferences and the IOG’s (Institute of Groundsmanship) flagship event, Saltex, during 2018.
EXPERIENCED & QUALIFIED
Mark has significant experience working with local authorities, developing Playing Pitch Strategies and Local Football Facility Plans as well as supporting clubs and leagues to secure funding for capital investment programmes to deliver long terms sustainability and increased participation rates across the North East. He has also played an integral role in the Parklife Newcastle Programme supporting Newcastle City Council and The Football Foundation delivering football specific insight to maximise the impact of this national programme at a local level.
